How to Measure Your Ring Size

The best way to determine your ring size is to visit a local jeweler and have your finger professionally sized. Alternatively, you may bring a ring that fits comfortably to the jeweler and have that sized, especially if you are purchasing a surprise gift.

  • One pen or pencil
  • One piece string or a piece or a thin piece of paper
  • One metric ruler
  • Optionally one clear roll of tape
  1. Take the string (or paper) and wrap it around the desired finger. Use the tape to hold the string in postion if you are having difficulty.
  2. Use the pencil to mark the string where it forms a complete circle (where it overlaps).
  3. Straighten the string and measure it with the ruler to find the circumference of the finger. (Length from the starting point to the other end where the pencil marked).
  4. Please visit this ring size conversion tool and enter the circumference of your finger to find the equivalent US ring size. (You must use millimeters (mm) because a US ruler is not accurate enough to measure the subtle differences between sizes.)

Please do not purchase a ring by this rough estimate alone. You will be subject to exchange fees if you make a mistake.

Once you've determined your ring size, please browse our collection of Titanium Rings.
