Generally it takes around 2 - 4 weeks to receive your ring. Please keep in mind that our rings are not mass produced. Each ring is handcrafted by our artists, and NOT pulled from stock! We believe that each ring deserves very individual attention. We can only produce a very finite number of rings each day and will not compromise our quality. Our Lifetime Warranty: All of our titanium wedding bands are guaranteed for life for any defects in workmanship and materials, this completely protects your purchase in the years to come.

We offer you a 30 day money-back guarantee just to assure you of our handmade quality. (The exceptions are stone set rings and engraved rings) and even at that we will do what we can for you. We truly want to make sure all of our customers are satisfied.

Resizing - If the wrong size was ordered (due to customer error or jeweler miss-sizing) our warranty covers sizing larger to a half-size only, though on occasion we can go to a full size larger. The charge for this service is $25.00 to the customer for shipping & handling.

Since titanium rings cannot be resized tighter a new ring will have to be re-made, the cost for this is 25% of the original cost of the ring (this simply covers our costs).

Refinishing - Lifetime refinishing is free of charge.
