Processing Time

The time it will take to process your order depends greatly on which designer the product is from. We can offer rush processing on some products for an extra fee. Please see below for the typical wait before your order will be shipped.

Eden Series	Ships within 3 weeks for out of stock items, 2 days for stocked items.	Ships within 2 weeks for out of stock items, 2 days for stocked items.
Bruce Boone	Usually ships within 2 business days.	Guaranteed to ship within 2 business days.
Eric Pless	Usually ships in 2 weeks, slightly longer for some rings.	Will ship in approximately 1 week.

Carriers

We ship using either USPS or FedEx. Residents of Alaska and Hawaii should select Overnight or 2 Day Service. Due to highly complex shipping rates, international customers are advised to contact sales@titaniumeden.com for a price quote.

For 'Eden Series' Products

Products from our own Eden Series line may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of original delivery. Terms and fees for returns and exchanges are listed below.

Terms & Fees

Customer pays shipping on items going to our warehouse. Titanium Eden pays shipping on replacement items going to the customer.

Exchange

Defective or flawed items can be exchanged without additional cost. However, exchanges for items of a different size will cost a flat fee of $20 USD. Custom designs are not eligible for exchange at this rate.

Return of 'Eden Series ' Items

There will be a 25% (of the purchase price) restocking fee on returns of 'Eden Series' products. For all other products, please refer to the policy page for that designer, or contact us at sales@titaniumeden.com for details.
